Strengthening quality management and striving to improve product quality are the urgent needs of implementing the policy of opening up to the outside world and invigorating the economy. In the course of production and construction, quality is a major issue that affects the life of the country and its people. Therefore, improving the quality of products (or projects) must be the first place in business management. Due to the leadership’s attention, Xinjiang forestry enterprises have taken various positive measures to make progress in quality management and reached the historical best level.
