随着信息化时代的到来,现代化的信息技术被广泛应用,给政府实施电子政务带来了有利的时机,而政府信息网站建设的完善是推行电子政务的重要环节。它不仅能促进行政流程的简单化和科学化、有效提高政府的办事效率,而且有助于政府扩大政策宣传、加快政府办公自动化和透明化的进程。因此,结合我国的基本现状,借鉴发达国家和地区的先进经验,探索我国政府信息网站建设的完善建议,具有重要的现实意义。
With the advent of the information age, the modernized information technology is widely used, which brings a favorable opportunity for the government to implement the e-government. The improvement of the government information website is an important part of the implementation of e-government. It not only facilitates the simplification and scientification of the administrative process, effectively improves the efficiency of the government, but also helps the government to expand its policy propaganda and accelerate the process of government office automation and transparency. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to combine the basic status quo of our country with the advanced experience of developed countries and regions and explore the perfect proposals for the construction of government information websites in our country.
