为了缩短钢丝网水泥的硬化期,我们试用蒸汽养护的办法,取得了良好效果。用蒸汽养护钢丝网水泥农船时,必须注意它的结构特点和使用要求。钢丝网水泥是在砂浆中用多层网格形钢丝配筋,配筋量一般为250~500公斤/立方米,这种结构材料具有下列特点:1.砂浆标号较高,大于300号,水泥用量多(配比为1:1.5~2),砂子表面积大和加水最多,因而砂浆收缩较大。2.钢丝数量多,表面积大;网格形配筋对限制变形能起较大的作用。3.薄壁结构的表面积大,保护层很薄,因此,钢丝对减薄断面有一定影响。
In order to shorten the hardening period of the wire mesh cement, we tried the steam curing method and achieved good results.
