水工建筑中采用低合金高强度钢材,是节约钢材、降低造价的一项重要措施,目前正在各水利水电工程中积极推广使用。为了适应当前设计工作的急需,本刊本期全文转载了最近由建筑工程部、冶金工业部颁发的“关于在钢筋混凝土结构设计中采用25锰硅钢筋和16锰钢筋的几点临时规定”。希望各有关单位结合水工建筑物本身的特点,尤其是水下部位的工作条件,具体分析研究,因地制宜地采用。
The use of low-alloy high-strength steel in hydraulic construction is an important measure to save steel and reduce the cost. It is currently being actively promoted in various water conservancy and hydropower projects. In order to meet the urgent needs of the current design work, the current issue of this issue reprints the “Provisional Provisions for the Use of 25 Manganese Silicon Rebars and 16 Manganese Rebars in the Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures” recently issued by the Ministry of Construction and Engineering and the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. It is hoped that the relevant units will combine the characteristics of the hydraulic structures themselves, especially the working conditions at the underwater sites, and conduct specific analysis and research in accordance with local conditions.
