致冷式高性能电荷耦合器件(HCCD)已成为高要求成象的必选仪器,并且在大量增加的象应用方面也成为传统的基于化学照相法的替代品。本文讨论致冷式 CCD 摄象机的工作理,重点放在其性能和应用方面。同时也给出一些当今能达到的表明其不同寻常性能水平多种成象的致冷式 CCD 摄象机的数据。
Refrigerant high performance charge-coupled devices (HCCDs) have become a must-have for demanding imaging and have become a traditional alternative to chemi-cal methods for a myriad of imaging applications. This article discusses the working principle of a cooled CCD camera, focusing on its performance and application. At the same time, some data on refrigerated CCD cameras that can be achieved today are shown for a variety of imaging possibilities at unusual levels.
