会计专业是黑龙江民族职业学院的传统优势专业,含会计(税务会计方向)、会计(注册会计师方向)两个专业方向和会计与审计专业。为使学生更好地理解、掌握和运用会计专业知识,提高学生的就业竞争力,实现毕业生“零距离”就业和高职会计教育与用人单位的有效对接,会计专业加强实践教学和学生实践技能的培养,实施“校介企工学结合”人才培养模式。这一模式将会计人才的供给(教育)与需求紧密地结合在一起,使会计教育在职业界和教育界的配合下,形成一种良性循环机制,为培养会计实用人才奠定坚实的基础。推行“校介企‘1+1+1’工学结合”人才培养模式,打造一支优良的专兼职双师队伍是保障和前提。本文探讨了在“校介企‘1+1+1’工学结合”人才培养模式下的会计专业双师队伍建设相关问题。
