针对目前交通标志结构刚性露出式圆形柱脚设计计算无据可依的现况,对该类型柱脚的设计计算公式及计算过程进行了系统研究。在整理分析柱脚的计算过程中,对柱脚的底板、锚栓、加劲肋、抗剪键的计算进行了详细描述,依据我国常用的两种柱脚设计方法即近似法和弹性比拟法,同时参考国内矩形柱脚的设计方法,对柱脚的设计计算公式进行了推导分析。对于推导出的复杂公式采用了EXCEL规划求解功能进行求解,使繁杂的求解过程变得方便易行。从而得出一套方便可行的刚性露出式圆形柱脚的设计计算方法,为今后交通标志结构圆形柱脚的设计计算提供理论依据。
Aiming at the current situation that there is no data to be possible for the design of the rigid exposed circular column foot of the traffic sign structure, the design calculation formula and calculation process of the column foot are systematically studied. In the process of finishing the analysis of the column foot, the calculation of the base plate, anchor bolt, stiffener and shear bond of the column foot is described in detail. According to the two commonly used method of column foot design, namely approximate method and elastic comparison method, At the same time, referring to the design method of rectangular column foot, the calculation formula of column foot is deduced and analyzed. For solving the complex formula derived by EXCEL programming solver function to solve, so complicated solution process becomes easy. Thus, a set of convenient and feasible design method of rigid exposed circular column foot is derived, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and calculation of circular column foot of traffic sign structure in the future.
