油井结蜡是含蜡原油开采中的不利因素。对含蜡原油在井筒流动过程中蜡沉积影响因素进行了分析,研究了石蜡的沉积机理。利用Fick扩散定律和剪切扩散理论,推导并建立了蜡分子扩散和蜡晶径向迁移过程中油井结蜡剖面的预测模型,该模型可用于计算油井井筒中各点的石蜡沉积速度以及沉积厚度的增长速度。对影响油井结蜡剖面的各因素进行了敏感性分析。研究结果表明,油井沿井筒的蜡沉积厚度分布随原油的性质、含水量、原油在井筒中的温度和压力条件、油井的产量以及生产时间的变化而变化。在实际生产中,对上述影响因素进行控制和调节,可以改善油井的结蜡状况。该预测模型可为进一步掌握油井蜡的沉积过程以及对油井的防蜡和清蜡措施提供理论基础
Oil well waxing is a disadvantage in waxy crude oil exploration. The influencing factors of wax deposition during the flow of waxy crude oil in wellbore were analyzed, and the deposition mechanism of paraffin wax was studied. The prediction model can provide a theoretical basis for further grasping the deposition process of oil well wax and preventing and waxing the oil well
