Objective: To compare the polysaccharides, water-soluble proteins, nucleosides, and inorganic elements of cordyceps militaris from the natural Cordyceps sinensis. Methods: The contents of the above components were determined by sulfuric acid-phenol method, Folin-phenol reagent method, dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, Kjeldahl method and fluorescence spectroscopy. Results: The content of polysaccharide in Cordyceps taishanensis polysaccharide was 3.14%, which was lower than that of Cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide (5.89%). The content of water soluble protein was equal to 0.795% and 0.783% respectively; the nucleoside in Cordyceps taishanensis The contents of adenosine, uridine, inosine and hypoxanthine were 0.230%, 0.908%, 0.515% and 0.097%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the nucleosides in cordyceps sinensis. They were 8.21 and 3.75 respectively for Cordyceps sinensis. , 11.7, 5.7 times; trace elements of calcium, iron, zinc, selenium, and manganese were 100, 53.6, 12.2, 0.12, and 1.50 μg/g, respectively, and the contents of other inorganic elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and nickel were higher than those of Cordyceps sinensis. The content of harmful elements such as mercury and mercury is close to or lower than that of Cordyceps sinensis. Conclusion: Cordyceps taishanense is rich in polysaccharides, proteins, nucleosides and trace elements and other nutrients, especially the nucleosides of Cordyceps militaris is significantly higher than Cordyceps sinensis, and it is of great value for development and utilization. New resources for food or medicine.
