二滩水电站是在新经济体制下进行建设的,建设资金多渠道筹集。由二滩公司运行建设、商业运行和偿还贷款。二滩水电站工程规模大,工期较长,资金成本在全部工程造价中所占比例较大。主要工程项目由国际承包商承包施工。管理资金的路子是:树立资金管理的合同观念、资金成本观念、综合经济效益观念;围绕保障资金供应和降低资金成本两个重点进行资金管理工作;对资金管理目标实施情况进行考核和分析。通过以上工作,保障了工程建设的顺利进行,降低了资金成本。
Ertan Hydropower Station is under construction in the new economic system, and construction funds are raised through multiple channels. Ertan hydropower project is large-scale, longer duration, the cost of capital in a larger proportion of the total project cost. The main project contracted by the international contractor construction.
