据世界卫生组织统计,全球目前约有13亿烟民,每年大概有500万人死于与吸烟有关的疾病[1,2]。烟草危害是人类健康所面临的最严峻的公共卫生问题之一,医务人员作为控烟活动的表率者和健康的守护者,其吸烟行为不仅影响自身健康,而且诱导病人和公众对健康行为的选择。因此,医务人员在控烟、戒烟中所扮演的角色非常关键,其行为直接影响效果。有研究显示,医生带头不吸烟并经常劝阻他人不吸烟是一些发达国家成功控烟的有效方法
According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, there are about 1.3 billion smokers in the world and about 5 million people die of smoking-related diseases each year [1,2]. Tobacco harm is one of the most serious public health problems facing human health. As the indicator of tobacco control activities and the guardian of health, medical personnel not only affect their own health but also induce patients and the public to choose healthy behaviors. Therefore, the role played by medical staff in tobacco control and smoking cessation is crucial. Their actions have a direct impact on their effectiveness. Studies have shown that doctors take the lead not to smoke and often discourage others from smoking is an effective method for tobacco control in developed countries
