基于传统烘房存在耗能大、污染、自动化程度不高、劳动强度大,烘干品质相对低等缺点,重新设计一种新型烘房,该烘房以生物质为热源,即降低成本,又能减少田间秸秆乱焚等环境污染问题;热风的循环利用,一定程度上又降低干制成本。利用PLC系统控制,自动化程度高,降低劳动强度,并且能够实现温湿度的精确控制,通过控制风机的正反转,实现烘房内温湿度的均匀分布,提高产品烘干品质。
Because of the disadvantages of high energy consumption, pollution, low degree of automation, labor intensity and relatively low drying quality, a new type of drying room is redesigned based on the traditional drying room.
