宽带综合业务数字网(B-ISDN)是现代通信网的发展方向,而ATM适配是B-ISDN终端的关键部分,是各种业务接入B-ISDN首先面临的问题。本文参照国际电联ITU-T制定的有关建议,简要地介绍了ATM技术的基本概念及AAL的有关规约,着重对第3/4类ATM适配(AAL3/4)的工作机制、实现方法以及技术性能进行了研究,讨论了AAL3/4的实现方案,并用软件实现了AAL3/4规约的功能。最后,针对AAL3/4建立了M/D/1排队模型,进行了性能分析。
Broadband Integrated Services Digital Network (B-ISDN) is the development direction of modern communication networks. ATM adaptation is a key part of B-ISDN terminals and is the first problem that various services access to B-ISDN. Based on the ITU-T recommendations, this paper briefly introduces the basic concepts of ATM technology and the relevant AAL rules, and focuses on the working mechanism of Type 3/4 ATM adaptation (AAL3 / 4), its implementation and The technical performance is studied, the realization of AAL3 / 4 is discussed, and the function of AAL3 / 4 protocol is realized by software. Finally, M / D / 1 queuing model was established for AAL3 / 4 and performance analysis was performed.
