本文主要提出了以双纽线形式绘制平面叶型,描述了双纽线的特性、叶片展开图的绘制过程及叶片加厚、内外环流线叶片骨线倾角确定方法。并以FB323型液力变矩器为示例,编制了工作轮叶片设计计算程序和绘图程序,用电子计算机绘出了液力变矩器循环圆形状,内外环流线及中间流线展开图以及正投影图,初步实现了叶片设计方法的系统化、规范化和电算化。
In this paper, we mainly present the planar leaf pattern in the form of a double-line, and describe the characteristics of the double-line, the drawing process of the leaf expansion map and the method of determining the inclination of the leaf bones in the inner and outer circulation lines. Taking the FB323 Torque Converter as an example, the calculation program and drawing program of the working vane are compiled. The torque converter circular circle shape, the inner and outer circulation lines, the middle streamline expansion map and the Projection map, the initial realization of the blade design method of systematic, standardized and computerized.
