以锆砂为原砂材料,Y_2O_3、酚醛树脂为填充材料和粘结剂,采用热法制备覆膜锆砂,选区激光烧结(SLS)快速成形工艺制备锆砂铸型并浇注了钛合金铸件,研究了钛与铸型之间的界面反应。结果表明,采用SLS覆膜锆砂快速制备铸型,选用Y_2O_3制备涂层浇注纯钛可以铸造出轮廓清晰、表面光洁的钛铸件,且界面反应层仅约为3μm;铸件表面氧化层产物为TinO_(2n-1)和TiO_2;O扩散富集固溶层厚度约为1μm,该层生成物为TiO_2。
Zircon sand as raw sand material, Y_2O_3, phenolic resin as filler and binder were prepared by thermal lamination of coated zircon sand and SLS rapid prototyping to produce zircon sand mold and cast titanium alloy castings. The interfacial reaction between titanium and the mold was investigated. The results show that rapid casting of SLS-coated zircon sand can be achieved. The casting of pure titanium with Y_2O_3 can cast titanium with a clear profile and smooth surface, and the interface reaction layer is only about 3μm. The oxide layer on the surface of the casting is TinO_ (2n-1) and TiO_2. The thickness of O diffusion-solidified solution layer is about 1μm, and the product of this layer is TiO_2.
