目的分析和研究两种方案治疗2型糖尿病伴血脂紊乱的成本-效果。方法我院选取2010年7月～2012年7月2型糖尿病并伴血脂紊乱患者92例,将其按双盲随机方法分为观察组46例与对照组46例,对照组患者给予二甲双胍片进行治疗;观察组患者给予阿托伐他汀钙片+二甲双胍片进行治疗。两组患者治疗12周后,将其治疗效果与成本-效果进行对比。结果观察组患者的总体有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。观察组患者的成本、效果比值明显低于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀钙片联合二甲双胍片对2型糖尿病并伴有血脂紊乱的患者进行治疗,效果比较明显,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,患者在服药治疗期间无明显不良反应症状,安全可靠,并且同时还具有良好的成本-效果,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To analyze and study the cost-effectiveness of two regimens in treating type 2 diabetes with dyslipidemia. Methods A total of 92 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia were selected from July 2010 to July 2012 in our hospital. They were divided into observation group (46 cases) and control group (46 cases) by double-blind randomized method. Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with metformin tablets in type 2 diabetes patients with dyslipidemia treatment effect is more obvious, can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, patients with medication during the treatment without significant adverse reactions, safe and reliable, And at the same time also has a good cost - effect, it is worth clinical application and promotion.
