建立了同位素稀释—火花源质谱直接测定银粉中铜、锌、铷、钐、钆、镝六个微量元素的定量分析方法。相对灵敏度为 10~(-9)数量级,单次测量均方偏差为±8—13%。对方法中需要考虑的一些主要问题进行了探讨。实验表明:测量结果很少受离子源火花参数等各种实验条件的影响,用本方法对吉林陨石中这六个微量元素进行了测定,测量结果与其他分析方法数据基本相符,证明本方法是可靠的。它可以直接应用于各种复杂样品中微量元素的分析。
A quantitative method for the determination of six trace elements Cu, Zn, Rb, Sm, Gd, Dy in silver powder by direct isotope dilution-spark mass spectrometry was established. The relative sensitivity is on the order of 10-9, and the mean square deviation of single measurement is ± 8-13%. Some major issues that need to be considered in the methodology are explored. The experimental results show that the measurement results are rarely influenced by various experimental conditions such as the spark parameter of the ion source. The six trace elements in Jilin meteorite are measured by this method. The measured results are in good agreement with the data of other analytical methods. reliable.
