本文是冲天炉熔炼过桥连续测温的研究及生产应用总结,过桥连续测温是冲天炉熔炼的一项新的检测技术。经三年多的研究试验并在生产单位的使用证明这一技术已基本上完善,工艺也已稳定,是可以在熔炼时间6—7小时的中小型冲天炉上使用。过桥连续测温的最大特点是可真实的测出过热铁水的温度并能非常灵敏的反映出铁水温度的变化。冶金学家可利用这一特点对冲天炉的熔炼过程进行检测和监控,并选择熔炼的最佳工艺参数,使冲天炉的炉况得以稳定开达到最好的熔炼效果。同时还可利用它对冲天炉的熔炼规律进行多方面的探讨和研究。并可利用过桥铁水温度做为主要信号,用计算机对冲天炉的熔炼进行自动化控制。
