在市场经济和WTO条件下,维护农民的合法权益和普及国民待遇原则,是实现中国农业现代化和农业可持续发展的关键。从市场主体的角度和世界贸易发展的趋势分析入手,指出延伸中国传统农业产业贸易形式和实现中国农业的集约化发展,在保障农民利益问题上,突出农业法制建设的作用,重视农业生态保护和环境建设,才能最大限度地保证农民权益,有利于农业的更好发展。
Under the market economy and the WTO conditions, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of peasants and popularizing the principle of national treatment are the keys to realizing China’s agricultural modernization and sustainable development of agriculture. Starting from the angle of the market main body and the trend analysis of world trade development, it is pointed out that to extend the trade form of traditional Chinese agriculture industry and realize the intensive development of Chinese agriculture, the role of agricultural legal system construction should be emphasized on the protection of peasants’ interests, attaching importance to the protection of agricultural ecology and Environmental construction, in order to maximize the rights and interests of farmers, is conducive to the better development of agriculture.
