本文论述了近几年来波兰Czestochowa工业大学和Krakow矿冶大学关于复合板和复合薄板的轧制技术的发展。用于复合板的非对称轧制的刚塑性有限元模型已经导出,而且完成了在各种轧制参数和各种边界条件下的计算。对短试样和长板的轧制是这样考虑的:假定材料不仅在轧制道次后为自由运动,而且在使用导板时为约束运动。将理论结果与在实验室条件下进行的复合试样在轧制中获得的实验数据进行比较,从而得出了在复合板生产中采用非对称轧制的一些结论。
In this paper, we discuss the development of rolling technology for composite sheet and clad sheet in Czestochowa Polytechnic University in Poland and Krakow Mining and Metallurgy in recent years. Rigid-plastic finite element models for asymmetric rolling of clad plates have been derived and the calculations under various rolling parameters and various boundary conditions have been completed. The rolling of short specimens and long plates is taken into account in the following way: It is assumed that the material is free to move not only after the rolling pass, but also when the guide is used. The theoretical results were compared with the experimental data obtained during the rolling of the composite samples under laboratory conditions, and some conclusions about the use of asymmetric rolling in the production of composite plates were obtained.
