目的:研究中华雪胆三萜皂苷类化学成分。方法:应用色谱技术进行分离和纯化,采用UV,IR,MS,NMR等波谱技术鉴定结构。结果:分离并鉴定7个三萜皂苷类化合物,分别为3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸(1),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(2),3-O-(6′-甲酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖苷(3),3-O-(6′-甲酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃甘露糖苷(4),3-O-(6′-乙酯)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),3-O-α-L-阿拉伯糖-(1→3)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)。结论:这些化合物均是首次从中华雪胆中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the Chinese triterpenoid saponins. Methods: Chromatography was used to separate and purify the structure. The structures were identified by UV, IR, MS and NMR techniques. Results: Seven triterpene saponins were isolated and identified as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranuronic acid-oleanolic acid (1), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranose Oleanolic acid-28-O- β -D-glucopyranose (2), 3-O- (6’-methyl ester) -β-D-glucopyranuronic acid- α-L-arabinoside (3), 3-O- (6’-methyl ester) -β-D-glucopyranuronic acid- oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-mannopyranoside 4) 3-O- (6’-ethyl ester) -β-D-glucopyranuronic acid-oleanolic acid 28-O- β -D- glucopyranoside (5) α-L-arabinose- (1 → 3) -β-D-glucopyranuronic acid-oleanolic acid -28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6) D-Glucopyranose-Oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (7). Conclusion: These compounds were isolated from Chinese snake broom for the first time.
