1998年8月至9月,中央领导同志先后六次对我省石家庄天同拖拉机有限公司实行“厂务公开民主监督”的经验作出批示。同年12月17日中共河北省委召开电视、电话大会,向全省推广天同公司的经验,要求在全省国有、国有控股和集体、集体控股企业推行厂务公开制度。12月28日省委下发《关于推行厂务公开、民主监督制度的实施意见》,对实施厂务公开的目的意义、总体要求、方法步骤、内容形式、组织领导作出具体安排。由此,个旨在加强基层民主政治建设,推进国企改革发展的厂务公开工作迅即在全省各地展开。一年来,我省厂务公开工作按照省委的统一部署,各级党委、政府高度重视,各有关部门精心组织,强力推进,取得了很大进展。目前,全省已有11035
