杉木是我国特有树种,重要的建筑用材,在全国商品材的总产量中,占五分之一到四分之一。也是最受产区群众喜爱的造林树种,影响杉木生长的因素很多,但决定其生长水平的主要因素是立地指数。而打枝对杉木的生长有无影响?笔者1981—1987年,在6个县的国营和集体杉木用材基地,对立地条件相近的地段,采用随机抽样共设置标准地98块,进行了调查。
Cunninghamia lanceolata is an endemic tree species and an important timber for construction in our country, accounting for one fifth to one quarter of the total output of the national commodity timber. It is also the most afforestation species favored by the producing areas.
