Introduction rnPulmonary alveolar microlithiasis ( PAM) is a rare diffuse lung disease characterized by the accumulation of calcium phosphate microliths within the alveoli.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are still unknown.Consequently, there is no known effective treatment .In this report,we present the clinical, radiological, pathological findings of three patients with PAM, emphasizing the diagnostic and therapeutic views.
