今天,劳动和社会保障部与全国工商联共同召开表彰大会,表彰125家在就业和社会保障工作中做出积极贡献的先进民营企业。这不仅是给予受表彰企业以荣誉和鼓励,同时也是对广大民营企业在就业和社会保障中所做贡献的肯定。在这里,我代表全国工商联对受表彰的民营企业表示热烈地祝贺!希望你们再接再厉,为促进全社会的就业和社会保障工作做出新的贡献。这次表彰的126家企业都是在全国的就业和社会保障工作中做出突出贡献的企业。截至2002年底,这些企业的员工总数50万人,其中1万人以上的企业有12家;在三年新进的近26万员工中,下岗职工就有11.5万人,占新进员工总数的45.6%;养老保险的平均缴纳率为83.33%,医疗保险的平均缴纳率为78.5%,失业保险的平均缴纳率
Today, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security convened a commendation ceremony with the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce to honor 125 advanced private-owned enterprises that have made positive contributions in employment and social security work. This is not only an honor and encouragement given to commended enterprises, but also an affirmation of the contribution made by the vast number of private enterprises in employment and social security. Here, on behalf of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, I would like to extend my warmest congratulation to the privately-run enterprises that are commended. I hope you will make persistent efforts to make new contributions to the promotion of employment and social security in the whole society. The 126 enterprises honored this year are all enterprises that have made outstanding contributions in their employment and social security work throughout the country. By the end of 2002, the total number of employees in these enterprises was 500,000, of which 12 were enterprises with 10,000 or more employees. Among the nearly 260,000 newly recruited workers in the three years, 115,000 were laid-off workers, accounting for the total number of new employees 45.6%; the average contribution rate of pension insurance was 83.33%, the average contribution rate of medical insurance was 78.5%, the average contribution rate of unemployment insurance
