气管的原发性肿瘤中,良性瘤较少见,尤以原发性气管神经纤维瘤罕见~(1～3)。现将我们遇到一例原发性气管神经纤维瘤伴甲状腺腺瘤报道如下. 男,39岁.咽部异物感,间歇干咳7年,伴运动后呼吸困难2个月。长期诊断为“咽炎”,“气管炎”,治疗无效。因吸气性呼吸困难加重,于1978年3月3日入院。查体,吸气性呼吸困难,锁下及表浅淋巴结不肿大,右侧甲状腺略大,未触及肿块,扁桃腺Ⅰ°肿大,咽部慢性充血.间接喉镜检查,见声门正常,其下约2cm,气管前壁有一圆
In the primary tumor of the trachea, benign tumors are rare, especially primary tracheal nerve fibers (~1-3). We now encounter a case of primary tracheal neurofibroma with thyroid adenoma reported below. Male, 39 years old. Foreign body sensation in throat, intermittent dry cough for 7 years, dyspnea after exercise for 2 months. Long-term diagnosis of “pharyngitis” and “tracheitis” failed. He was admitted to hospital on March 3, 1978 due to worsening inspiratory dyspnea. Physical examination, inspiratory dyspnea, non-swelling of the superficial and superficial lymph nodes, slightly enlarged right thyroid gland, no palpable mass, enlargement of the tonsils of the tonsils, chronic congestion of the pharynx, indirect laryngoscopy, normal glottis , about 2cm below it, there is a circle in the front wall of the trachea
