有报导三十岁以下的青年胃癌的预后不如老年胃癌,可能与青年胃癌的病理特点有关,现将30岁以下与75岁以上的胃癌进行了比较。该院胃癌进行剖腹手术者1893例,30岁以下34例(1.8%),平均24.9岁,75岁以上132例(6.9%),平均77.9岁。在34名青年中女性24例(70.6%),132名老年中女性占35例(26.5%),青年组女性发病率高,从初始症状到住院6个月以内者,青年组少于老年组。青年病理Ⅰ期癌少于老年。两组胃切除术率及可治愈的手术率无显著差异。青年组术中有腹腔转移者多于老
It is reported that the prognosis of young people under the age of 30 is not as good as that of elderly patients. It may be related to the pathological features of young patients with gastric cancer. The comparison of gastric cancer below 30 years of age with that of patients over 75 years of age is now under way. There were 1893 cases of gastric cancer undergoing laparotomy in the hospital, 34 cases (1.8%) below the age of 30, an average of 24.9 years, and 132 cases (6.9%) over the age of 75, with an average of 77.9 years. Among 34 youths, 24 (70.6%) were females, and 132 (36.5%) were females in the elderly. The incidence of females in the youth group was high. From the initial symptoms to hospitalization within 6 months, the youth group was less than the old group. . Young pathological stage I cancer is less than old age. There was no significant difference in gastrectomy rate and curable surgery rate between the two groups. There are more abdominal metastases in the young group
