以地表水为水源的水厂夏季藻类容易爆发,传统级配砂滤池表层易被堵塞,水头损失急剧增加,缩短过滤周期。在高藻水进水条件下,通过在砂滤层表层填加无烟煤滤层、向滤前水中投加助滤剂和改变反冲洗方式三方面进行强化过滤研究。结果表明,砂滤池表层增加10 cm无烟煤,可有效提高滤池过滤性能,有利于水中藻类去除;滤前投加次氯酸钠达到4 mg/L时,滤池水头损失增加速率缓慢,过滤周期延长;气水联合反冲洗可有效恢复砂滤池过滤性能。
Surface water as the water source of the summer algae plants prone to outbreaks, the traditional grading sand filter surface is easily blocked, the head loss increased dramatically to shorten the filtration cycle. In the algae water infiltration conditions, by filling the surface of the sand filter layer of anthracite, filter water to the filter before adding filter aid and change the way of backwashing enhanced filtration studies. The results showed that adding 10 cm anthracite to the surface of the sand filter could effectively improve the filtering performance of the filter, which was beneficial to the removal of algae in the water. When the sodium hypochlorite was added to 4 mg / L before filtration, the increase of filtration head loss was slow and the filtration period was prolonged. Gas-water combined backwashing can effectively restore the sand filter performance.
