心理需求异化作为一个哲学、社会学和心理学概念,可以用来解释为什么人的思想、意识、行为不能够与其自身、他人、自然实现真正统一。当前面对越来越多元化的价值取向,基层央行员工的思想、行为也不可避免地受到影响,导致个体需求差异显著。本文探索性对心理需求异化的内涵进行了定义,结合基层人民银行实际,对员工心理需求异化的具体表现形式和成因进行了调查分析,并针对异化给员工行为监督管理带来的挑战,提出了应对措施和解决途径。
