目的:探索前牙缺损至龈下3 mm内的残根的修复方法。方法:对20例前牙缺损至龈下甚至骨内3 mm的残根运用预成龈下桩技术进行修复,分别于修复后1个月、6个月及12个月对预成龈下桩修复体进行临床检查;应用Image Pro-Plus图像处理软件对修复前、修复后6个月及12个月的X光牙片进行比较,分析残根周围牙槽骨的吸收程度。结果:20例病例中,18例成功,2例失败;残根周围牙槽骨在不同的修复时间吸收率无统计学差异。结论:应用预成龈下桩技术修复前牙龈下3 mm内的残根,修复效果较好。
Objective: To explore the method of repairing the residual root from the anterior defect to subgingival 3 mm. Methods: 20 cases of anterior teeth defect to the subgingival or even 3 mm intraosseous remnant roots were repaired with subgingival patellar technique. The subgingival patellar piles were implanted at 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after repair respectively. The prosthesis was subjected to clinical examination. The images of X-ray teeth before and 6 months and 12 months after repair were compared by Image Pro-Plus software to analyze the absorption of alveolar bone around the residual root. Results: Of the 20 cases, 18 cases were successful and 2 cases failed. There was no significant difference in alveolar bone resorption rate at different repair time. Conclusion: The application of preformed subgingival piles to repair the residual root in the anterior subgingival of 3 mm, the repair effect is better.
