CMV视网膜炎是CMV感染的主要表现之一,是AIDS患者最常见的眼部并发症,发生率高,后果严重。CMV视网膜炎的眼科表现与其它原因所致视网膜炎的表现不同,有较典型的眼科特征。CMV视网膜炎的早期诊断和及时治疗对预后有利。本文综述了CMV视网膜炎的临床特点及治疗现状。
CMV retinitis is one of the main manifestations of CMV infection. It is the most common ocular complication in AIDS patients with high incidence and serious consequences. Ophthalmology of CMV retinitis and other causes of retinal manifestations of different performance, there are more typical characteristics of the eye. CMV retinitis early diagnosis and timely treatment of prognosis. This review summarizes the clinical features and treatment status of CMV retinitis.
