由于夏季室外高温环境使得分体式空调冷凝器无法有效地将制冷剂循环携带的热量及时通过肋片传给室外空气,严重制约了空调的制冷效果,耗费了大量的能量,且冷凝水扰民和污染环境。本文通过TRIZ理论的问题分析、IFR法分析、资源分析、功能分析、物场分析和标准解,寻找出容易实现、费用少、成本低的改善措施,对冷凝器装置进行局部模块化改善,并提高分体式空调器冷凝器的散热能力,继而达到节能、减排、改善分体式空调器制冷效果的目的。
Due to the outdoor outdoor high temperature environment, the split air conditioner condenser can not effectively transfer the heat carried by the refrigerant to the outdoor air through the fins in time, which severely restricts the cooling effect of the air conditioner, consumes a large amount of energy, and the condensate water disrupts and pollutes surroundings. In this paper, the problems of TRIZ theory, IFR analysis, resource analysis, function analysis, object field analysis and standard solution are analyzed to find the improvement measures which are easy to implement, less cost and low cost. Improve the split air conditioner condenser cooling capacity, and then achieve energy saving, emission reduction, split air conditioner to improve the cooling effect.
