目的:建立电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定水中12种金属离子的检测方法,了解渔沙坦地区水质状况。方法:样品直接用ICP-MS测定,用混合内标校正基体干扰和漂移。结果:本方法的检出限介于0.017μg/L~0.229μg/L,精密度小于5.6%,样品加标回收率可达92.0%~106.9%,对标准参考物质分析结果令人满意。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于水中12种金属离子的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 12 kinds of metal ions in water by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), and to know the water quality in the fishing area. Method: The samples were measured directly by ICP-MS and the interference and drift of the matrix were corrected with a mixed internal standard. Results: The detection limits of this method ranged from 0.017μg / L to 0.229μg / L with the precision of less than 5.6%. The recoveries of standard samples were 92.0% -106.9%. The analytical results of standard reference materials were satisfactory. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used for the simultaneous determination of 12 kinds of metal ions in water.
