备受国内外关注的《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》于2008年1月1日正式实施。2008年9月18日,国务院颁布了《劳动合同法实施条例》(以下简称《条例》)。《条例》包括6章38条,旨在贯彻实施劳动合同法,使劳动合同法更具操作性。《条例》围绕劳动合同的订立、劳动合同的解除和终止、劳务派遣、法律责任等作出详细规定。新法出台后,劳动者的维权意识明显提高,多数企业的传统用工理念和模式需要进行调整,传统的人力资源管理
