我队在某地区施工的鑽井,地层是属古老的震旦紀砂岩与破碎严重的石灰岩,裂縫很大,往往层层漏水。用黄泥处理,一次投2~3汽車黄土仍不見效;換用40秒左右的泥浆或速效混合液及打洋灰处理,也全沒有效果,使鑽进工作受到严重威胁。如採用下套管的方法,由于換徑过早需扩孔,而住7至10級岩层使用合金扩孔,不但进度慢且耗費大量合金还有产生事故的危險。故此,我们採用了下塞鑽粒扩孔法,获得了良好的效果。
Our team drilled a certain area of drilling, the formation is an ancient Sinian sandstone and severely broken limestone, cracks are large, often leaking layers. With yellow mud treatment, once cast 2 ~ 3 car loess is still not effective; for about 40 seconds mud or quick-mix and hit foreign cement processing, but also no effect, so drilling is seriously threatened. Such as the use of the casing method, due to the premature replacement hole reaming, and live 7 to 10 rock formations using alloy reaming, not only the slow progress and the cost of a large number of alloys also have the risk of accidents. Therefore, we adopted the lower plug drilling reaming method, and achieved good results.
