机床是结构相对较为复杂的工作母机,由许多零部件组装而成,存在着多个“结合部”。据有关文献报道,零件结合面之间刚度和阻尼在很大程度上影响到机床结构总刚度和总阻尼。因此在对机床进行整机动态特性分析研究时,必须考虑结合部问题。目前关于机床零部件之间结合面参数的获取方法各不相同,但对于这种属于“非线性问题”的方法还在不断的探索和完善中,文中提出了一种新的理论解析分析与试验研究相结合的方法,有限地获取了机床结合部的参数,并将该方法用于实际机床的开发设计中,开发的机床已投入实际使用,经动态模拟分析机床整机具有良好的动态特性。

It has been reported in the literature that the stiffness and damping between the mating surfaces of the parts greatly affect the total stiffness of the machine tool structure and the total damping. Therefore, the dynamic characteristics of machine tools for the study, we must consider the joint department. At present, the methods for obtaining the parameters of the joint surface between machine tool parts are different, but a new theory analysis and analysis is proposed for the method of belonging to “non-linear problem” And experimental study, the parameters of the joint of the machine tool are limited, and the method is applied to the development and design of the actual machine tool. The developed machine tool has been put into practical use. Through the dynamic simulation analysis, the machine tool has a good dynamic characteristic.
