研究表明,茄链格孢(Alternariasolani)培养滤液中存有抗菌活性物质。采用改进Bartels-keith方法对该物质进行了提取分离并进行抗菌活性跟踪。对纯品通过熔点测定、元素分析及1H-NMR、13C-NMR、1H,1H-COSY及DEPT光谱解析,证明该物质为交链孢酸(Alternaricacid)。离体试验结果表明,0.1μg/ml交链孢酸对Botrytiscinerea,Sclerotiniasclerotiorum菌丝生长抑制率分别为64.3%和73.6%。M.I.C值≤100μg/ml。500μg/ml交链孢酸对B.cinerea分生孢子萌发没有影响,但可明显抑制孢子萌发后芽管的伸长,≥10μg/ml时可完全抑制S.sclerotiorum菌核萌发。活体试验表明,500μg/ml交链孢酸对黄瓜灰霉病和油菜菌核防治效果分别为82.7%和83.3%。
Studies have shown that Alternaria solani (Alternariasolani) culture filtrate antibacterial active substances. The material was extracted and separated by the modified Bartels-keith method and the antibacterial activity was tracked. The pure product was confirmed by melting point analysis, elemental analysis and 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 1H, 1H-COZY and DEPT spectroscopy. The result showed that this material was Alternaric acid. The results of in vitro tests showed that the inhibitory rates of 0.1μg / ml streptozotocin on mycelial growth of Botrytis cinerea and Sclerotiniasclerotiorum were 64.3% and 73.6%, respectively. M. I. C value ≤100μg / ml. 500 [mu] g / ml Alternaria acid B to B. Conidiophores cinerea did not affect the germination, but could significantly inhibit spore germination germination tube elongation, ≥ 10μg / ml can be completely inhibited by S. Sclerotiorum sclerotia germination. In vivo tests showed that the effect of 500μg / ml Alternaria acipennis on control of Botrytis cinerea and sclerotinia was 82.7% and 83.3% respectively.
