介绍了矿用绞车主要排绳方法,分析了钢丝绳缠绕不匀的原因,研制了一种压辊式排绳装置,解决了松绳、乱绳问题。实践证明:该排绳装置结构简单,成本低,安装方便,调整维护容易,能有效防止松绳冲击,避免断绳跑车事故,有广泛的应用前景。
This paper introduces the main method of rowing the mine winch, analyzes the reason of the uneven winding of the rope, and develops a pressure roller type rope laying device to solve the problems of slack rope and random rope. Practice has proved that the device has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient installation, easy adjustment and maintenance, effectively preventing the impact of slack rope and avoiding the accident of broken rope sports car, and has wide application prospect.
