在中国科学院召开的学部成立大会上,根据国家在过渡时期的总任务及第一个五年计划的基本任务,在已有的工作基础上,讨论并基本上通过了中国科学院第一个五年科学工作计划纲要草案,研究了如何改进中国科学院的工作以推动全国科学事业发展的办法。贯穿着整个会议的基本精神是:使用一切力量和方法发展科学事业,保证我们的社会主义建设加速地胜利地前进,使我们祖国成为一个生产高度发展,文化高度繁荣的社会主义国家。这次学部成立大会基本上同意了郭沫若院长报告中所提出的第一个五年计期间中国科学院的10项重点任务:1.原子能和平利用的研究;2.配
