虽然今年上半年我国农产品进出口额双双增长,但值得注意的是,农产品贸易逆差比上年同期大幅增长。上半年我国农产品进出口贸易总额为305.1亿美元,同比增长15.5%。其中,出口额为142.5亿美元,同比增长9.2%;进口额为162.6亿美元,同比增长21.7%。农产品贸易逆差由上年同期3.0亿美元扩大为20.1亿美元,增长5.6倍。在强劲的农产品进口势头中,我国农产品的出口却显得举步维艰。“狼”来了,我们该怎样保护我国的农产品?
