目的:探讨暴露思维过程教学方法在精神科护理学教学中的应用。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对象是我校2004级护理1~4班学生,1、2班116人设为实验组,3、4班112人为对照组,比较实验组和对照组学生病案分析及期末考试成绩,用x±s表示,采用t检验进行统计学分析。结果:实验组病案分析成绩77.22±9.01,期末考试成绩79.64±8.20;对照组则分别为73.03±11.84和76.59±7.39,统计学有明显差异。结论:暴露思维过程教学方法在精神科护理学教学中是一条可行之路,值得深入探讨。
Objective: To explore the application of the teaching method of exposure thinking in psychiatric nursing teaching. Methods: A self-designed questionnaire was designed for 2004 grade 1 to 4 nursing students in our school, 116 students in 1 and 2 classes as experimental group, and 1 in 4 and 112 classes as control group to compare the medical record of experimental group and control group Analysis and final exam scores, with x ± s said, using t test for statistical analysis. Results: The result of the analysis of medical record in the experimental group was 77.22 ± 9.01, the final exam was 79.64 ± 8.20; the control group was 73.03 ± 11.84 and 76.59 ± 7.39 respectively, with significant difference in statistics. Conclusion: The teaching method of exposure thinking process is a feasible way in psychiatric nursing teaching, and it is worth further discussing.
