作者报导1例慢性皮肤粘膜串珠菌病患者,对所有的局部疗法效果皆差,应用转移因子(TF)治疗3次,在每次治疗之后均有暂时的临床进步。在应用转移因子治疗前后,进行了大量的特异性及非特异性的免疫功能试验。并对转移因子对此例的可能作用方式进行了讨论。
The authors report that 1 patient with chronic cutaneous mucosal dehiscence had a poor overall effect on all local therapies and had been treated with TF three times with a temporary clinical improvement after each treatment. Before and after the application of transfer factor therapy, a large number of specific and non-specific immune function tests. The possible ways of action of transfer factor on this case are also discussed.
