利用低压舱对大鼠进行急性低气压重度缺氧实验。动物模拟升空至7500m高度,停留30min。出舱后立即收集各种样本,用放射免疫法测定内皮素含量。发现实验组血浆内皮素较对照组明显升高(P<0.001),而其肺、右房心肌和丘脑组织中内皮素较对照组显著降低(P<0.001)。这提示重度缺氧使大鼠体内的内皮素合成、释放和代谢过程发生紊乱。这种心血管内分泌功能失调可能在缺氧性机体损害过程中有重要作用。
Acute hypobaric hypoxia was performed in rats by using low pressure cabin. Animal simulation lift to 7500m height, stay 30min. Immediately after leaving the capsule, various samples were collected and the content of endothelin was determined by radioimmunoassay. The endothelin in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.001), while the ET in the lung, right atrium and thalamus was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.001). This suggests that severe hypoxia causes endothelin synthesis, release and metabolism in rats. This cardiovascular endocrine dysfunction may play an important role in hypoxic organ damage.
