采用有机还原剂,以异相催化还原的方法制备U(Ⅳ),反应条件温和(常温常压),制备过程简单,是一种很有前景的U(Ⅳ)制备方法。本文结合我国后处理中试厂的实际需求,分别以铂黑(Pt)或负载铂(Pt/SiO2)为催化剂,肼为还原剂制备U(Ⅳ),考察了硝酸浓度、肼浓度、催化剂用量、温度等因素对U(Ⅳ)生成速率和转化率的影响。实验结果如图1、2所示。
U (Ⅳ) is prepared by heterogeneous catalytic reduction with organic reducing agent. The reaction conditions are mild (normal temperature and normal pressure). The preparation process is simple and it is a promising preparation method of U (Ⅳ). In this paper, U (Ⅳ) was prepared with Pt or Pt (Pt / SiO2) as the catalyst and hydrazine as the reductant respectively according to the actual demand of the post-treatment pilot plant in China. The effects of nitric acid concentration, , Temperature and other factors on the formation of U (Ⅳ) rate and conversion rate. Experimental results shown in Figure 1,2.
