少无切削工艺是机械工业的一项基础技术。它能使毛坯精化,具有优质、高产、低耗的优点,因此五十年来得到了迅速发展。可以认为:少无切削工艺的发展水平,一定程度上反映出机械工业的制造水平。当前,我国钢材利用率比国外先进水平低15%左右。仅此可见,少无切削工艺极待发展。为此,一机部曾提出1985年钢材利用率应达到65~70%,这是一个赶超世界先进水平
The less cutting-free process is a basic technology of the mechanical industry. It can refine the blank, has the advantages of high quality, high output, and low consumption, and has therefore been rapidly developed in the past 50 years. It can be considered that the development level of the less non-cutting process reflects the manufacturing level of the machinery industry to some extent. At present, the utilization rate of steel in China is about 15% lower than the advanced level in foreign countries. Only this can be seen, less cutting process is to be developed. For this reason, the Ministry of Machines has proposed that the steel utilization rate in 1985 should reach 65-70%, which is a catch-up to the advanced level in the world.
