对于黄金生产所产生的含氰废水的处理,国内主要采用氧化法或酸化法。酸化法适用于高浓度含氰废水的处理,处理后的废液含氰(以CN-计)一般在5~50mg/L,需进行二次处理方能排放。本文通过小型试验、工业试验研究结果,探讨了过氧化氢氧化法处理酸性含氰废水的可行性。试验表明:采用过氧化氢氧化法处理酸性含氰废水可将其中的氰化物(以CNT计)在车间排放口降至05mg/L以下,药剂成本为59元/m3。
For the treatment of cyanide-containing wastewater generated by gold production, oxidation or acidification methods are mainly used in China. The acidification method is suitable for the treatment of high-concentration cyanide-containing wastewater. The treated waste liquid containing cyanide (calculated as CN-) is generally in the range of 5 to 50 mg / L and needs to be treated twice before being discharged. In this paper, through the results of small-scale experiments and industrial experiments, the feasibility of hydrogen peroxide oxidation for the treatment of acid cyanide wastewater was discussed. The results showed that the cyanide wastewater treated by hydrogen peroxide oxidation could reduce the amount of cyanide (calculated as CNT) in the workshop to less than 0.5mg / L and the cost of medicament was 5.9 yuan / m3.
