目的对黄杞Engelhardtia roxburghiana茎皮的化学成分进行研究。方法采用多种柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从黄杞茎皮90%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为1β,6α-二羟基桉烷-4(15)-烯(1)、(4S)-4-羟基-1-四氢萘酮(2)、(4S)-4,8-二羟基-1-四氢萘酮(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、山柰酚(5)、异甘草黄酮醇(6)、8,3′-二异戊烯基山柰酚(7)、6,5′-二异戊烯基槲皮素(8)、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(9)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(10)。结论化合物1、4和6~8为首次在黄杞属植物中分离得到,首次从该属植物中分离得到异戊烯基取代黄酮。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the bark of Engelhardtia roxburghiana. Methods A variety of column chromatography techniques were used for the isolation and purification. The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral analysis. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of 90% ethanol extract of Radix et Rhizoma bark and identified as 1β, 6α-dihydroxy-3 (15) -ene, 4S- Tetralone (2), (4S) -4,8-dihydroxy-1-tetralone (3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), kaempferol Isoprin flavonol (6), 8,3’-diisoprenyl behenol (7), 6,5’-diisoprenyl quercetin (8), kaempferol-3-O-α -L-rhamnoside (9), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (10). Conclusion Compounds 1, 4 and 6 ~ 8 were isolated from genus Huangqi for the first time, and isopentenyl-substituted flavones were isolated from this genus for the first time.
