目的:研究程序化和谐护理措施应用于体检中心护理工作中发挥的作用。方法:选择遵义医学院第五附属(珠海)医院健康2012年9月至2013年9月体检的市民404例,根据护理途径不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规临床护理,观察组在对照组的基础上另外给予程序化和谐护理,对比两种护理模式的应用效果。结果:观察组总体护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组体检平均耗费时间(3.0±1.0)h,明显短于对照组(4.9±2.3)h(P<0.05);观察组SCL-90评分(111.2±9.3)分,明显低于对照组的(134.8±18.6)分(P<0.05)。结论:针对体检中心护理工作,选择程序化和谐护理措施开展医院健康体检护理工作可以获得良好应用效果。
Objective: To study the application of procedural harmonious nursing measures in the nursing center of medical center. Methods: 404 residents of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine clinical nursing and observation group On the basis of the control group, another program of harmonious nursing was given to compare the effects of two kinds of nursing modes. Results: The overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The physical examination time in the observation group was 3.0 ± 1.0 h, significantly shorter than that in the control group (4.9 ± 2.3) h (P <0.05) Group SCL-90 score (111.2 ± 9.3) points, significantly lower than the control group (134.8 ± 18.6) points (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: According to the nursing work in the medical center, choosing the program of harmonious nursing measures to carry out the health examination in the hospital can obtain good effect.
