皮肤癌１５６例，单纯放疗８９例，术后放疗４３例，术后复发放疗１８例和复发后再手术放疗６例。采用深部Ｘ线和￣６０Ｃｏ外照射，单纯放疗组和手术后复发组中，鳞癌放射量为６０～７０Ｇｙ／７～８周；基底细胞癌为５５～６５Ｇｙ／６～７周。全组５年生存率为７３．７％（１１５／１５６）。术后放疗组顶后好于单纯放疗和术后复发放疗组，５年生存率相比有统计学差异。
There were 156 cases of skin cancer, 89 cases of radiotherapy alone, 43 cases of postoperative radiotherapy, 18 cases of postoperative radiotherapy recurrence, and 6 cases of recurrence after surgical radiotherapy. Using deep X-ray and 60Co external beam irradiation, the radiation dose of squamous cell carcinoma was 60-70 Gy/7 to 8 weeks in the single radiotherapy group and the recurrence group after surgery; the basal cell carcinoma was 55 to 65 Gy/6 to 7 weeks. The 5-year survival rate in the whole group was 73.7% (115/156). Postoperative radiotherapy group was better than radiotherapy alone and postoperative recurrence radiotherapy group. The 5-year survival rate was statistically different.
