我一直坚信这样一个观点:“育人比教书重要,情感比认知重要,体验比说教重要”。体验式德育,对学生而言,是亲身体验、经历、感受,是一种自内而外的自我教育;对教师而言,则更多的是策划与指导。“体验式”是多感官参与感知活动的方式,它较好地实现了“解放大脑、解放双手、解放眼睛、解放嘴、解放空间、解放时间”(陶行知语)。这种教育远比说教式德育对学生的影响大且久远。
I have always believed in such a view: “Educating people is more important than teaching, emotion is more important than cognition, experience is more important than preaching.” Experiential moral education, for students, is a personal self-experience education, experience and feeling. It is a kind of self-education from the inside out. For teachers, it is more planning and guidance. “Experiential ” is a way for multiple senses to participate in perceptual activities. It achieves “liberating the brain, liberating both hands, liberating the eyes, liberating the mouth, liberating the space and liberating the time.” This kind of education far outweighs the impact of preaching morality on students.
